Service & Support

We continue to support our facilities after the project is complete and the products have been delivered. We offer comprehensive service and support to our customers worldwide through our network of support offices in the United States, Singapore, China, and Australia. When you contact us for support, we take immediate action to research the issue and provide solutions as quickly as we can - keeping you informed as we go. We offer a variety of support options to assist your specific needs. Support services are available both on-site and off-site, via phone, email, or fax. We also offer preventative maintenance services, where our experienced Field Service Engineers schedule routine visits to your facility, ensuring your equipment will continue to perform at or above your expectations.

Maintaining your facility is just as important as maintaining your equipment. Upon request, we can evaluate your facility's systems and hardware to keep them running at optimal performance. You can also call on our expertise if you need recommendations on the most innovative ways to modify your facility. We have extensive experience modifying facilities for customers looking to expand their capabilities, improve airflow, or reduce noise.

We understand the products we deliver are often used in harsh environments: high temperatures, material loads and stresses, and vibration, to name a few. Occasionally these products require spare parts or repair. Call to speak directly with our product experts - they will help you identify what components need to be repaired or replaced and provide you with a quote. Once identified, we will work quickly to ship a replacement part to you or arrange for repair. We also assist with installation, at your request. Engine manufacturers have guidelines for calibration schedules to ensure engines comply with FAA regulations. Our qualified technicians can:

Assist during calibration and provide recommendations regarding the documentation for software and hardware.

We have many years of experience working with the requirements and guidelines set by FAA for test cell calibration.

We develop flexible software for our data acquisition system, so we have the ability to tailor it to you needs. We also keep you informed of manual revisions released from the OEMs. For software support, we offer an optional feature that allows us to connect to your system remotely, eliminating the cost and time associated with travel.

We provide training on a variety of subjects from specific software training to calibration and maintenance. We offer hands-on and classroom training for operators, maintenance personnel, software technicians and calibration personnel. We provide classroom training at our training center in St. Paul. Classroom and hands-on training can also be provided at your facility. Upon request, we can develop a training package to address your specific training needs. Many of our products are designed for seamless integration into existing facilities - even if the facility was not originally designed by us.
